Shipping & Returns
Thank you for any purchase you have made, we accept any return that has been purchased from this website. The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in anyway or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labeling and branding and with the original packaging together with our supplied receipt/invoice.
Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise we will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.
Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
You may return / exchange an item as for another item in a different size if the item is still in condition mentioned above. Balley Records will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning products due to size or change of mind. We will however view every return on its individual basis.
